Easy weeknight dinner

Easy and authentic Indian Food!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Patak's low fat Tikka Masala is an amazing way to easily make authentic tasting Indian food at home. The masala sauce had a delicious curry flavor to it and coated the chicken evenly without being too thick. The house smelled amazing and everyone flocked to the dinner table, we ate every morsel and were sad there wasn't more.

Does the job, well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sauce isn’t 100% accurate to a freshly cooked and homemade Tikka Masala but, with the right amount of spices and time it’s an excellent base. I made Tikka Masala tofu with coconut rice and the consistency was the only thing off after I put my tweaks on it. For a quick preparation, I recommend this sauce!

Quick meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a strong flavor with the spices used but they are definitely mild. I am not familiar with Indian food so I can’t comment on how authentic tasting it is but I enjoyed the flavor. You could smell it when opening the jar but it wasn’t too strong. It was very easy to make. I warmed up some chicken and veggies, added the sauce to warm up and then added it over rice for a quick and simple meal. I only added seasoning to the chicken while warming it up and cooked the rice in chicken broth, when mixed all together, it wasn’t too salty.

Tastes great and not too spicy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary product from Patak’s and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This sauce has a mild heat to it and is not as spicy as other butter chicken sauces I have tried in the past. This sauce is thick and has a nice rich flavor to that complements the chicken nicely. It is great for quick and easy meals that taste delicious. To prepare this dish I like to pour a couple jars of this sauce and a pack of raw chicken tenders in a slow cooker and cook it on low for 6 hours. This dish tastes wonderful on top of a bed of jasmine rice with a side of garlic naan bread. I really like this sauce and want to try the other flavors as well.

I love that it’s lower sodium, but it doesn’t take away from the flavor. I cooked the chicken and added in the sauce and, with some basmati rice and garlic naan, made a quick and delicious meal!

Super easy meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to create the classic tikka masala recipe that was in their photos online. It was super easy to make and would be great for a busy weeknight. I knocked it a point because I felt like it lacked a depth of flavor. It was very mild and easy, but seemed to be missing something. But I'm sure it could be easily great if you doctored it up a little more. Worth a try if you like tikka masala!
