PHENOMENAL. FANTASTIC. PERFECTION. Seriously the best ice cream treat I’ve had in awhile. I’ve been to the Netherlands so I had an actual stroopwafel which is crunchier in texture but the flavor is very similar. The ice cream is also very flavorful. Carmel vanilla flavor. Highly recommend! Off to buy four more.

So delicious. Tastes like a cannoli. It is very small so I took a star away but as far as taste, 10/10. The cookies are soft and pair well with the vanilla ice cream. There’s a thin layer or caramel on each cookie but not overpowering at all.

Yes, they’re on the smaller side, but the flavor and texture are spot on. The stroopwafel stays soft (even frozen), with that gooey caramel layer and creamy ice cream in the middle….honestly, way better than I expected. I thought the waffle would be hard or dry, but it’s soft and chewy in the best way. Some people seem disappointed by the size, but come on…it’s quality over quantity here. Would I love a couple more in the box? Absolutely. Still, totally worth trying, and we’d 100% buy them again.

Originally found these at Aldis and was crushed when they didn't stock them anymore. I'm so happy to see them again. If you like stroopwafels definitely give these a try. The ice cream and cookie is soft and sweet. Perfect snack on a hot day.

The concept is really great. The execution leaves a lot to be desired. They have just missed the mark in regards to taste and are rather bland, which was surprising. Also, if you are not a fan of unnecessary chemicals in your food, these may not be for you.

My new obsession, my very favorite dessert. I will be heartbroken if Target doesn’t keep these as a permanent item in the freezer, truly. 100% perfect, with that delicious vanilla ice cream, and the chewy dulce de leche & stroopwafel combo 🤌 The only thing I would change is that I wish they were bigger, but even then it’s an easy 5 star rating.

I love stroopwafels, but these taste like cardboard with ice cream in between. Positives: good amount of ice cream and I think the size is decent. Overall…very disappointing.
