New formula sucks and stinks. Gives me a headache. Been using for over 20 years, not anymore.

The change in scent is stomach turning. The chemical smell gives me a headache. Very unhappy.

I have very long, wavy/curly hair. I love this leave-in conditioner because it helps somewhat with the static cling that my hair gets in the winter time due to the use of dry heat. It also works as a great detangler for long hair.

I have been using PM Awapuhi shampoo for 30+ years. It is NOT the same as it used to be. This is extremely disappointing! I even went to a number of salons between Boston and Maine on my commute in search of the old formula. All I heard was the same thing from stylists who said their clients agreed. I am now in search of another brand, which is too bad, as are a lot of people to my understanding. It would be in PM's best interest to change this product back as sales are about to plummet as people cycle through their product.

I have used this shampoo since it first launched. More than the packaging has changed. My hair is one big rats nest after using it. So sad. It usedvto be a great product.

I like the fragrance of this shampoo the ingredients are good packaging is great can buy in different sizes lathers up good and very effective I live the Paul Mitchell products

I've been using Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo for over 20 years I will always buy and use this shampoo it is incredible the only thing is it smelled better 10 years ago I do not know what changed that awesome smell but still does a great job at caring for the hair.

I have been using this product for years. This new bottle design is awful. The shampoo leaks out and the plastic wrapper peals. In addition the shampoo formula is not the same. Bring back the old formula and bottle.

I'm a very disappointed long time customer. I'm not sure why you are trying to pass this off as the same formula but it is not the same! I have an old bottle and the ingredients are different. Some of the natural ingredients are no longer there and what has been added is making my scalp itch.

Loved this shampoo. Bought 6 liters while on sale at cosmoprof in the new brown bottle. Makes my hair look greasy. Hate it can't figure out what to do with 6 liters of this mess. It's a new look alright, but it certainly isn't fresh.

This conditioner is pointless, using it with the shampoo made no difference

This shampoo is the best I've used in my entire life, my hair is not greasy the next day and it does not weigh down my curls it smells amazing I use it with the detangler conditioner. It is the perfect combo!

The product is overall okay . The smell of the shampoo is good. I do not like that the shampoo does not have a rich feel to me (feels runny compared to what I like) .

The Awapuhi in the new brown bottle smells terrible. So now I'm stuck with a 33.8 oz bottle of expensive shampoo that I can't use. I also bought a 10.14oz bottle of the new awapuhi conditioner. It stinks too. I had to re-wash my hair with a different shampoo. Why did you change the awapuhi shampoo???
