    Ugh.

    It’s weird to give this even one star because it should have zero. The main reason we purchased this was because it said it came fully assembled. It did not. Not even close. Buyer beware.

    Super disappointed.

    Cracked on one side, and the drawers feel flimsy. We fixed the crack with wood filler and covered it with a tablecloth. Kept it since my toddler can easily pull out her clothes, but definitely not great quality.

    Tough to build, but worth it.

    Assembly was a headache,goodly labeled parts and good instructions. Stripped most of the screws trying to attach the legs, but after struggling with different tools, we got it together. Looks nice and works well now, at least.

    Scratches and chips everywhere.

    Really loved the style, but the quality was disappointing. Found chipped corners, scratches, and damage as I assembled it. Looks worn out before even using it. So frustrating!

    Smells weird.

    Took me about six hours to put together by myself, so doable but time-consuming. The worst part? It still has a weird chemical smell even after months. Even scented drawer liners didn't help. Love how it looks, but who wants their clothes to smell off?

    Easy to build and looks great!

    Looks just like the picture and is really nice! But assembly was a nightmare,labeled parts, so we had to guess. Even hired a pro, and it still took two hours. If you're not great at assembling, budget for someone to do it.

    Great customer service!

    Bought two big dressers and two nightstands. One dresser is missing a whole drawer, and customer service won't respond. So now I have a useless dresser. Super frustrating!
