    Amazing

    This product is amazing. I mix it into my coffee every morning. I’m in my mid 20s and still have problems with acne breakouts - to the point where I get a tretinoin prescription (helped some but not completely). Since I started using this a few weeks ago my skin has cleared and have had maybe 1 zit. My skin has never felt better.

    I look forward to this every morning...

    The only thing I've changed recently to my diet is adding ARMRA colostrum to my protein shake every day ------- and my nails are stronger, my hair is noticeably not falling out as much as it was (being in perimenopause), and my skin is healthier. You'll get lots of bang for the buck with ARMRA.

    Travel sticks

    I use everyday. I prefer the sticks to the jar. Just easier for me. Feel so much better. This is my answer to many annoying issues.

    Travel Sticks

    I take a few sticks any time I'm going to be in a crowd of people. 1 the day before going. 1 before i leave, 1 when i get back and 1 the day after. Builds your immune system and helps you not get any of the nasty stuff going around.

    Love but was shorted

    I’ve been taking the travel sticks while pregnant (my OB cleared it) and I’ve noticed a big difference in my hair and skin and overall energy/mood. I have also been doing blue/red light therapy and your girl is GLOWING. I mix my packets into my yogurt every morning and can’t taste a thing or get a texture. I only have two complaints... first of all I feel like the travel sticks are a bit of a rip off if you compare what a recommended serving is to the amount you actually get in the box and second I had multiple empty packets or major discrepancy between how much powder was in each travel stick packet. Some had a teenie bit at the bottom and some were halfway full.
