Runs very hot, power fit is loose

When gaming, even on low demand games, the machine gets really hot really quickly. I use a fan desk underneath, which helps some, but it's still really hot. The other issue I am having is with the power supply. It doesn't fit snugly and is frequently disconnecting if I move the laptop even a little. And when the power isn't available, the performance is absolutely terrible. If I am gaming when it happens, the screen freezes a bit. Even if I am just web browsing, there is a similar result. I don't know if the power supply port is problematic in all of these machines, but it is really annoying and I have basically removed two stars for that alone because it's so bad. The running hot takes the other star. It's also not great, but it's mostly expected with a laptop running a game in my experience.
