Do not use: with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist,if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

Works well without the alcohol

I'm not allowed to have any cold medication with alcohol and I had a bad cold so I tried this one and it works better for me than the kids ones did and still tastes like the DayQuil and NyQuil that had the said ingredient. It was at a great price as well versus having to go to urgent care for my illness.

Really excited for a HBP option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to see DayQuil and NyQuil in a high blood pressure formula. I was very limited on what cold and flu remedies I could use as many of them would make my heart race. DayQuil and NyQuil are trusted to relieve the symptoms that go along with cold and flu and the high blood pressure formulas did not disappoint. The dosage was fine, the taste was as expected as well as the efficacy. They contain acetaminophen for fever, aches and pains. I didn’t have to take more than one medication to relieve my symptoms. The bottle size and dual packaging is just right for a cold/flu episode. I will be sure to always have these on hand.

Perfect combo pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked great for my recent cold. Both bottles comes with a easy to read measuring cup. Don't taste great but very effective. I was able to stay up and work on the daytime cough syrup. The night time couch syrup let me sleep without coughing. No more body aches or runny nose. I'll recommend and try again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with high blood pressure taking cold medication can be tricky. I am so happy I found Vicks DayQuil /NyQuil! I had a cold this previous week and used it for both the daytime in the night time. This medicine worked and did not have any effect on my blood pressure at all. It also did not make me jittery like some other medication has in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I got super sick only a few days after getting these bottles. I have high BP so I've been told I should use this type of Nyquil as opposed to the original. I've been a user of the original half my life so I was a little worried it wouldn't work as well, but sure enough it did work. Both the day & the night. I have three kids that need me. I was able to get enough rest during the night that I was back up after only a couple of days & was able to use the Dayquil to keep me going long enough to recover. I have to say that I appreciate the smaller size too because I'm the only one in the house with high BP so don't need too big of bottles. I'll definitely be keeping this in stock for myself!

It is a highly effective liquid medicine that works quickly to combat flu and cold symptoms. The taste of the medicine is not too strong, is easy to administer, and is a great value for your money since it can be taken during the day and night. I make sure to always have this medicine on hand in my house especially during flu season! I highly recommend this product.

Long Lasting!

I like the 650mg of Acetaminophen in one dose is very effective for a fever. The Nyquil dose lasts 6 hours which gets you thru the nightime. No sugar or alcohol is a added bonus for senior age people. A great product.

Cold medicine for people with high blood pressure is sparse! It is extremely helpful to have another option, and from a brand that we can trust and know it will work. This combo pack contains liquid medicine for daytime and nighttime. They are sugar free and alcohol free. The taste is mostly the same as the regular DayQuil/NyQuil formula. The results are fairly quick, and leave you feeling more like your normal self! The nighttime medicine helps you sleep better and helps alleviate your cold/flu symptoms. The thing I miss about these is that there is no decongestant, which I understand for high blood pressure.
