Not safe to eat
I’ve ordered these through Shipt twice and both times they came with a piece of tape over the top and when you take the tape off and unroll it, the bag is open. Seems like it’s a manufacturing issue.. regardless I don’t feel safe eating something that is open like that.

The size of the orzo when cooked doesn’t really change just a fyi! I should’ve added the whole bag instead of half

Too small now
Haven’t bought orzo in awhile and loved the old product. This is way too small for a salad and most recipes. If it doesn’t change back, I will not purchase again.

The quality of this orzo is great! It holds its shape and doesn’t get mushy in the sauce. Tastes delicious.

One moldy bag
Purchased two bags. First one was fine. The second one had mold chunks in it that I didn’t see until pouring into the pan. Target support offered a refund and now knows of the issue but buyer beware.

Disappointing orzo
Shocked to see how small the grain on this pasta was. Literally half the size of any orzo I have bought before. My target doesn't carry any order brand. So disappointed. Have to get my favorite, Barilla, some where else. Caution.

Good
First time cooking orzo and I had no issues. Tastes great follow cook time recommendations and you’ll be fine. The pasta is extremely small but it’s orzo. lol

I have no idea what happened to the Target orzo from before, but this is a nightmare. It is SO SMALL that I can’t even use it for any real dishes. I’ve never seen pasta this small, it’s practically useless and won’t feed any normal size person. I absolutely hate it, buy your orzo somewhere else because this just isn’t orzo anymore.

Used to love!
This orzo used to be a staple in my pantry for years. I used it regularly in multiple dishes, alongside the stelline. They recently changed both products and now this orzo is so tiny and almost the size of sushi rice. It doesn’t cook well either, is a textural nightmare, sticks to everything, and doesn’t incorporate well. It’s super disappointing, especially since my local store doesn’t carry any other brands or options of orzo pasta.

Changed the packaging and the orzo size
Ordered the orzo online and was shocked when I took it out of the bag. It’s so tiny. It’s literally half the size of the previous bag; however, they are both 16 ounces. Not sure how I feel about the smaller grain size as I really liked the previous size.

Good tasting orzo lots of uses in recipes
This orzo from Good and Gather is really good but I dont think it's anything special or different from other brands of orzo. It's easy to make, just boil like other types of pasta but just make sure you have a bigger pot than I used because the przo does expand. It's a one pound package it comes in. My 6 and 4 year old really liked eating this plain or with pesto but you could incorporate the orzo into lots of different recipes.

Nice orzo with recipe on the package
The good and gather orzo is a nice quality and love the taste. We made the recipe on the bag and substituted peas for brocolli. It came out very creamy. The kids even enjoyed it and they can be picky about dinner foods. It was like a fancy Mac n cheese. I’ve tried a few other good and gather pasta items and they don’t disappoint. We only used half the bag for a family of four so we have another meals worth still.

A Sticky Burnt Miss For Me
The quality of this orzo from packaging to taste fell short for me. I’m not sure if I got a defective package, but I couldn’t even read the directions as they were printed under an unmoveable flap. The amount of orzo this little bag produced was A LOT — I didn’t have enough water in the pot, even following directions, and my orzo came out sticky and burned the bottom of my pan.

Tiny pasta crisis - where did it go?!
Don’t Recommend Only buy if you enjoy seeing your pasta with a magnifying glass. I used to love Target’s Good & Gather orzo. It was one of those easy drive-up staples that made my busy toddler life just a little easier. But now - Target clearly changed suppliers, and whoever they picked must think we’re feeding Polly Pockets The new orzo is tiny tiny tiny. like so small it might as well be a good ol’ bag of overpriced rice. And the stelline pasta (the little stars) that used to be small and cute? Now they’re basically cosmic dust. TINY. i can’t say that enough. I love tiny pastas (pastina), but I don’t need it to be microscopic. I’m feeding growing toddlers, not tiny ants. Such a bummer, Target. I’ll have to get my pastinas elsewhere from now on.
