We have an adult son with developmental disabilities, and we use these in afternoons only. We tried about every possibility, and wanted to avoid "pull-ups" and this allows us to put him in regular underwear. We are so happy to have found them. They are SO super absorbent, and I imagine much more comfortable than pull-ups, especially in the summer heat.

I ordered samples of men's guards from different companies, and I liked the Tena Overnight Guards the best. i use them during the day. They are the most confortable to wear, and the most absorbant (which gives peace of mind!)

First...why would the manufacturer be sold out of their own product? Make zero sense. My suggestion would be more adhesive at the top and wings. Other than that they are well designed. I hope this out of stock problem doesn't force me to switch to another brand.

I like the wider pad on the top half of the pad, and absorbency. length is good but could be a little wider at the bottom of the pad , better than most pads that I have tried,

I have purchased these pads in the past and I am happy with how they perform however they could be better. The wings need an adhesive strip much like the one down the middle. I found clothing strips made for women's clothing and have adapted them for my use by applying them to my pads at an added cost. This ensures that the pads don't bunch up during the day but the pads would be even better if they came with the adhesives themselves.

Just like all other men's pad, not enough adhesive to stick to underwear. They bunch up or fold from the top, not very confident wear them.
