Q: How do I tell when the fan is fully charged? I connected it for over 12 hours and the light is red.

But if the charging cable and fan are plugged into a DC5V, 1A power source a full charge should be achieved in 1-2 hours. Based upon your experience we would encourage you to return this to Target for a new one (or a refund) since the one you received was most likely defective. Even if you do not have the receipt or original packaging, Target should still be able to help you since this is one of their own brands. Q: Why does my fan only have one speed?

A: Hello I eat food, This fan is equipped with three speeds. Either the fan is defective or you need to follow these operating steps. First, ensure fan is fully charged, then press once to power on with LOW speed. Blue light on. Second press to set to MEDIUM speed. Blue light on. Third press to set to HIGH speed. Blue light on. stumbled across this fan in store. after purchasing, opening it, and testing it out, i can say this is an awful fan. you have to hold the fan up SUPER close to your face and have it at the highest speed. awful fan for such a high price. can’t even return it and get a refund because the packaging had to be broken in order to get fan out :(

It blows air… not a lot, not cold air, and not very far. Even on the highest setting, you’d have to have it about an inch from your face to feel the air… and it WILL latch onto your hair. Definitely not worth 15$.

This helped me survive an outdoor concert in the summer. However, the battery life is not as long as it suggests. It lasted maybe three hours.

Several factors outside the fan itself can affect battery runtime. Environmental conditions like very hot or cold temperatures can also impact how efficiently the battery performs. If airflow is blocked or the fan is placed too close to a wall or object, the motor has to work harder, which can drain the battery faster. To get the longest use between charges, we recommend using lower fan speeds when possible, keeping the fan in a well-ventilated space, and avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. If there are not environmental factors affecting the battery runtime and you are using the highest setting you can expect to get 1.5+ hours of use from a full battery charge. So, if you received 3 hours of run time at an outdoor concert using the high setting this would actually be a great battery life length and exceeded our lab testing. This fan is of excellent quality and you can feel the cool breeze in sunny weather. The handle is strong and has a good grip. Definitely a deal worthy at a very competitive price. It is very easy to operation and size is small enough to carry along with you.

This fan seems to go through cycles of blowing air and not, it’s hard to explain but even when fully charged it doesn’t work as intended.

My kid's and I have loved this fan. It is great for walking around with since it is so lightweight, but it also stands really well on a flat surface. I tested the battery and it last almost two hours straight on the highest setting. For how small the battery is, I think this is fabulous!

Can barely feel the effects. I’ve owned several handheld fans that worked great. I bought this one for my daughter since I had a target gift card. This one is as loud as the other models/brands of fans I’ve used and seems to be spinning as fast, but somehow doesn’t effectively move the air toward you. I had to hold it about 2 inches from my face to feel it at all, except on the rare occasion that the breeze blew towards me at the same time I held the fan up. Not effective, and for the price there are much better ones out there.

I love this little pernonal fan. Its lightweight and it has multiple settings to keep me cool. I keep it near my vanity to help set my makeup. The little stand keeps it upright for me. The fan isnt too loud and i like that it is rechargeable.

Best way to describe it is, you can feel the air for a very little while, then you don’t. It’s like the fan idles itself down. Was not a good purchase and this is fresh out the package, same day as purchased.

I bought this fan not expecting much, but it’s honestly been a great little find. It’s lightweight, super portable, and easy to carry around the house or stick in a bag when I’m on the go. I love that it has three speed settings—it’s quiet enough for work meetings but still strong enough to cool me down on warmer days. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch, and I haven’t had any issues charging it with a regular USB cable. It lasts a few hours depending on the speed, which is fine for what I need. I use it at my desk, while reading, and even while cooking sometimes. If you’re looking for a simple, reliable personal fan, this one definitely does the job

It’s a great little fan! I keep it in my car for easy use in the school pick up lines or when at a game! It has adjustable setting and works great for me. I will be picking up a couple more. My kids always want mine!
