Great for anyone wanting fast homemade Curry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Sauce is incredibly convenient for homemade curry on a busy night. Sauce has a coconut base with mild to medium heat level ( too hot for me, not hot enough for my husband ) thats flavorful without being overpowering. I love how easy it is to make. Just heat the sauce, add your protein, vegetables and rice or noodles and dinner is done in about 20 minutes. Texture is smooth, creamy and slightly sweet.

Great for easy at home curry

The curry taste is there for sure, I think it could just use a bit more dimension. I added salt and garlic and he thought it was much better! It was very easy to open as well and I loved the creaminess as well.

Authentic ingredients and good color texture curry but too sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a chef who worked in a Michelin start Thai restaurant and he was born in Thailand and he made the food for us so he is a tough critic. What we liked about the sauce are the authentic ingredients, it was made in Thailand, the texture of the sauce and the color. But the flavor is just not there in our opinion, and maybe it is because taste so sweet, and there is lack of depth in flavor, my husband had to add many other ingredients to make it good but the sauce by itself is too sweet. We know curry can be on the sweetest side but this one is too much almost to the point of a dessert. That being said, probably for the average American would be decent to taste.

I love easy meals and this one was so great - it does require another more "specialty" ingredient (blue dragon rice noodles) but it's well worth it. I love being able to cook Thai food at home, it's something I had never braved from scratch, but this makes it easier and tastes great!

Authentic Pad Thai taste at home, delicious!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blue Dragon Pad Thai Sauce is sweet, tangy and just a little spicy. All the flavor you get at a Thai restaurant. I made mine with angel hair vermicelli rice noodles but it would go nicely with other rice noodles or egg noodles. I topped it with crushed peanuts and fresh lime. It would also taste great with chicken, shrimp or vegetables. One jar makes about 4-5 servings. For my family of two we ate about half and had leftovers. This is an easy to make, convenient, affordable way to have restaurant quality Pad Thai at home. It’s also low calorie.

It was a little sweet and a little tangy not overwhelming. It wasn't really spicy. The size is perfect to make like two to three servings.
