freakingggggg yum, im surprised with the flavor. really good and had a nice lemon flavor imo. I added this dijonayo I got for a sandwich and will be trying something else from this brand with it lol. but for the price it isnt an every day thing I would buy.

Not as lemony as I thought
The tuna is high quality, fresh, and tasty. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that they thought the lemon flavor would be stronger and it would be more of a "flavor experience." I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and thought this would have actual lemon curd or something like that in it. it is definitely tasty, but I would not go out of my way to buy it again, especially given the price. I will absolutely be trying other flavors though!

Yummm, this fishwife albacore tuna with Spanish lemon is delicious. The lemon flavor isn’t overpowering. It’s very flavorful. My 1.5 and 4 year old both love it. We play to get more and make it into tuna sandwiches and a tuna pasta salad. For some reason I had a hard time opening the tin can, but beyond that it’s a great snack or one person serving size container.. I received an incentive to write this review.

Absolutely yummy and low sodium
Yes, it is pricey but when you open the can you can SEE the high quality immediately. The lemon flavor is very subtle and I love that it has a low sodium content. I mixed up a can with fresh tomatoes and snap peas and it made a fabulous lunch.

I purchased the albacore tuna with Spanish Lemon made by fishwife and it is absolutely delicious! We ate this with crackers and straight out of the tin and the whole family, including our 3 year old daughter, loved it! This Albacore tune has the perfect lemon taste without it being too overpowering! This would also taste wonderful with pasta! Great quality tuna and the packaging is so cool! Delicious protein packed tuna
This tunafish was delicious. I prepared it with a little bit of mayo and sliced up cucumbers, and it was a very filling lunch. It was packed in oil olive oil that drained out easily. It comes in a cute little box and the lid was easy to peel off. It’s a great high protein snack or lunch . It would be good in a tuna melt sandwich or tuna noodle casserole as well. It was nice to know it was wild caught, which is so healthy! I received an incentive to write this review.

Well, the packaging is adorable and retro and made me want to support their business! I love the fact that they share where it was sourced and have such simple (but perfectly paired) ingredients. The olive oil it came packed in was delicious had a very light flavor. The lemon was super subtle but very noticeable and pleasant. The tuna itself was meaty and firm and what I consider as the perfect texture for canned fish. This would be such an easy way to make a quick meal: on a salad, mixed with aioli and capers for a tuna salad, or just by itself! I received an incentive to write this review.

This is great quality albacore tuna. It comes packed in a can. The can is easy to open with a pull top lid. The size is good to put in a lunch box or backpack for on the go. I wish the can looked a little better as it looks a little like cat food. The taste is good. Nothing crazy good or bad. I think I would prefer something with a bit more flavor. I also don't like it packed in oil I received an incentive to write this review.

High Quality Tuna in Olive Oil
I admit that I was drawn to purchase this tuna because of the cute packaging. However, this is the best tuna that I have ever tasted! The lemon flavor is fresh tasting and not too fishy. When you initially open the can, you can definitely tell that the juice is olive oil, and not just water like other tuna. This feels more gourmet than any other tuna that you would get at the store. A decent addition to the Fishwife product line
I really love the bright, fresh lemon flavor of this canned tuna. The lemon is rather subtle though and doesn't really permeate the fish. I appreciate that it's packed with 100% olive oil for extra flavor and nutrition. I like fishwife products and this isn't an exception but I don't think it's their best or most unique tinned fish option. The flavor isn't that complex or interesting. I ate it with a hunk of sourdough and some red pepper flakes for a quick lunch. It was definitely good. It's just not as amazing as some of their other products. Great tasting canned tuna
Good tasting tuna! My kids and husband enjoyed this new-to-us brand of tuna fish as compared to their usual tried and true brand of choice. Good flavor and texture, mixed well to make a tuna sandwich and we may try with some pasta next time for the pescatarians in our house. More expensive than our usual, but the ingredients and flavor are higher quality as well. I received an incentive to write this review.

Overpriced cute packaging.
I was definitely surprised when my grocery order arrived and what I received was one very tiny can of tuna for this price. The only additions are olive oil, salt, and lemon, why is it so expensive? It made nice little tuna melts but it wasn’t anything memorable or special, so I won’t be purchasing this again. I’ll stick with our regular canned tuna for a fraction of the cost. This tuna surprised me! It was in really cute packaging with lots of fun colors and designs. The can itself was plain and didn’t have any writing in it. The tuna itself seemed to be of great quality. It wasn’t fishy tasting at all! It is clearly of much higher quality than the tuna I usually purchase. I tried it by itself and then made it into a tuna salad sandwich. I would recommend this in any of your tuna dishes! I received an incentive to write this review.

I haven’t had canned tuna in quite a while, and I’ll admit that I was attracted by the unique packaging of this one. The fact that it’s advertised as pole and line caught and packed in Spain was intriguing. Also the box design is very pretty. The quality of the fish was great! Upon opening the can, the fish looked to be in one piece which is always a good sign. The lemon flavor is subtle and did not interfere with mixing in mayonnaise. I used my tuna salad inside of a croissant sandwich and it was devine. I received an incentive to write this review.

The albacore tuna was absolutely delicious! It tasted like excellent quality fish with a bit of sourness from the lemon. We tried it on its own and then also made a bit of tuna salad as well. Personally I would’ve preferred a bit more salt to balance out the lemon, but it’s also nice that it’s not so salty so we can add our own salt to taste. It was a delight to try this, I would recommend it to anyone. I received an incentive to write this review.

What a beautiful can of tuna! Seriously though the packaging on this is so eye-catching and well done, one could only hope that the attention of detail on the box would represent what’s inside and upon first taste, I was relieved that it actually does. This tuna taste fresh and normally, I don’t prefer flavored options, but this one is really good, the Spanish lemon is vibrant but subtle and does not taste artificial at all or like it’s trying to cover up something else, is tuna also uses Spanish olive oil and a touch of salt, the flavor profile is really good and the ingredients quality. I’m always looking for easy protein for lunches and this definitely fit the bill. I ate it on a salad and it was a wonderfully satisfying, healthy lunch. I appreciate that it is wild caught.
