Hi! Small/medium size was ordered, based exactly on the sizing cart. They were way too small. The chart even suggested ordering the next size down if in doubt. However, we did not do that, as the sizing chart indicated a good fit. I will try ordering a different size and maybe a different product type. In an experiment, the absorption seems wonderful. Also, customer service has been delightful. The rating above does not indicate what the rating means. It is 5 blank circles. I chose the middle one to be safe, but that is not necessarily my opinion. The rating system need to be more detailed! Mom has not been able to try the product, but I'll be happy to give a rating after the next order. :blush:

The fit is perfect making them very comfortable. I like that the pad extends farther to the back and is not tapered or thick but still does the job of my former style. . They worked nice for a minute and the I realized I need more protection in front - wider coverage, higher coverage, with using the gel product in the wider, higher coverage that is available for leak-proof coverage. However, having said that, I will say Because is the best I have encountered thus far, I just need more coverage.

This product was just the answer for me when I was suffering with an awful cold and cough this winter. (You all know what happens to us ladies when we cough. . . ) Well this underwear got me through those awful nights when the coughing woke me up but I could lay back down and try to go back to sleep rather than get up to change a pad.
