Not high enough at the back. Urine leaks between the buttocks during the night, and wets the bed Each night. The bigger size is much too large and leaks all over. The sensitive overnight ones in xl are the best I've found although a long way from perfect.

These are my favorites, the most comfortable only 2 down falls to these one the packages are to small for the price and that they are only available in that one size of package. Yor website could be alittle more user friendly for older people.

I use to be very happy when I bought the 20 pack. But these 12 packs aren't as good as the 20 pack underwear. These leak and are not worth the money! And your shipping was really terrible. The first order was lost somewhere and it took over a month to get this replacement. Tell me, could you sleep in your own pee that long? I am going to buy a different brand!
