    I got this because it supposedly had the flavor of yogurt but it does not have the tang of yogurt at all. it has no flavor except the chips. it is also not thick like Greek yogurt, it's like ice milk. the reason it's lesser calories is because it weighs half as much as regular ice cream but portion sizes based on weight would be about the same for fat and calories. it's also very expensive for the weight compared to the good brands of regular ice cream. still looking for a frozen yogurt that has the tang of yogurt.

    Love the Ingredients!

    I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Yasso tastes delicious just like any other kind of ice cream. The big difference is it feels light in your stomach and is a lot healthier! I love how many grams of protein it has in a serving and how little calories it has for such wonderful sweetness. If it was a little cheaper I would be buying this product every time I want ice cream.
