Unwell Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Energy Drink with Real Fruit Juice - 12 fl oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a big coffee or tea drinker, but some days I do need caffeine and have been looking to get into energy drinks. I love a good piña colada, so I really do enjoy this pineapple coconut flavor! It offered a decent caffeine boost, but I probably wouldn’t drink daily.

The pineapple and coconut flavors come through very well, and the ingredients are mostly natural with some added vitamins. I'm not sure how it only has 30 calories when it's made with real sugar and juice, but I love that too because I try to avoid drinking too many calories. I'm not sure how effective it is for energy - I never really notice any effect from caffeine. The caffeine in it is from green coffee extract, but it tastes nothing like coffee.

I don't like red bull or any other energy drink , I guess this is better in taste than those. Can't speak to its energy providing power yet. Comparing to Red Bull, energy burst is not that obvious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a solid energy drink that gave a non-jittery pick me up—it DID have the taste of a kid’s vitamin if those came in pina colada, but oddly only at the very start and end of the can. Decent, and I’d be interested in trying it again and exploring other varieties.

It does what it says though, I definitely had good energy levels throughout the day. If I buy this product again I would try a dif flavor!

It tastes really similar to a piña colada with a tropical coconut flavor that’s smooth and refreshing at first. The only downside, is that after a long while the sugary taste becomes a little too strong for me. Overall, it’s a fun flavor if you like sweet tropical drinks.

The sparkling bubbles are just right, and the coconut flavor is very natural. It takes like summer. Definitely worth a try if you want something light and tasty.

It tasted so chemically flavored and had a horrible aftertaste. My husband and I are big gym goers and very familiar with pre workouts, energy drinks, etc. we both were really dissatisfied. And neither of us would recommend these drinks. Total let down.

I was really excited to try the flavor combo since I usually like tropical flavors but I found this one to be sweeter and the flavors stronger than I expected. The coconut and pineapple weren’t bad but I wasn’t a big fan of this combo. I would not purchase this flavor again but I would be open to trying another flavor.

I feel like the energy drink market can be a bit oversaturated so I was interested to see what their take wise from a branding and flavor standpoint. In comparison to some of the other drinks on the market, I like that they took a more simple approach and the naming and flavor offerings for the brand. I think this energy drink branding is cohesive with what we’ve seen by unwell so far. As far as the actual product, it definitely is more of a mellow flavor in comparison to some of the other brands that I’ve tried. Nothing wrong with that and honestly something I do appreciate. It makes it feel less artificial tasting. I didn’t really notice any sort of jitters or spike in energy immediately after drinking. Overall enjoyed it, don’t really think it made that huge of an impact, but I would have to try it. I think a few more times to really get a better gauge on it.
