100% Pure Pumpkin - 15oz - Good & Gather™

Raising the price and then adding a "coupon" is shady. This pumpkin is just fine (I buy it for my dogs) but Libby's is better for pie.

Price has gone up 25% since I bought a few months ago. Pre-covid it was less than $1 a can. I never buy for pickup because many cans on the shelf have dents.

Good pumpkin, I mix it into my elderly cats food to help with constipation. It’s also good in baked goods but I mostly get it for my 20 year old cat.

I've purchased so many cans of this. I think they must wonder why I love pumpkin so much, lol, but I hate pumpkin. Yes, I will never be a 'pumpkin spice latte' girl. I buy it for my Mini Dachshund. She had a significant liver problem after I believe she was purposely poisoned by someone who put rat poison at my back door. My dog was having lots of seizures, and her liver was so enlarged, (as confirmed by x-ray) and she was also diagnosed with Cushings. I didn't believe she would be around for more than a few months, tops. I started cooking all of her food and I feed her scoops of pumpkin as treats, and larger scoops at each meal. I stopped all processed food and gave her a Vetriscience SAMe supplement along with milk thistle, and all things combined, she's still here after two years! The Vet was amazed at the reduction of her liver enzymes! I'm not even sure if she has Cushings! I'm so glad I found this inexpensive brand for her. It is a staple item for her life. AND SHE LOVES PUMPKIN! A couple of things, first, yes the cans are dented often. It's not botulism. You can use them! Botulism is bulging cans. Second, the dark spot at the top of the can, in the beginning I threw several cans away. Then I started reading that it's a chemical reaction or something. I can't remember exactly. But the same thing happens with the big brand name cans, too. I scoop that part and put it in the trash. I probably don't need to. Target should sell these in full packs, as it makes the most sense. Would be so much easier to carry and store. I think there are 11 per case? Maybe 12, but they only sell 10 at a time. Allow customers to purchase multiple cases. You'd have less damaged cans and happier customers! Overall, I'm happy with the product. One thing I learned was that the name brand is more watery. Seems to be running low everywhere around here lately, and it's May, not October, November. I really hope they don't decide to stop selling this in stores.

These are priced great, but EVERY can that arrived was dented. Some more than others. Not to mention these were shipped with Easter chocolates that all got smashed. No common sense. Can not recommend.

After having to spend $35 for my order to be shipped, ALL 10 CANS ORDERED ARE DENTED. I could not use any of them.

I buy this regularly and the first time I baked with it I thought maybe an egg shell fell due to a gritty crunch. Nope, the gritty crunch has been in every can I’ve purchased. What is this? Sand, dirt, ground pumpkin seeds?

I buy Good & Gather products regularly, and they are always what I expect. This pumpkin worked perfectly for my pumpkin pies. Surprisingly, it’s great as a snack mixed with protein powder and soy milk, too!

I keep this in stock at home for smoothies or a quick treat. It has a great taste and price tag. I like this one better than the more expensive organic version. Here’s the new use I’d found for this the other day…. *ick alert*..I was recovering after a procedure the other day only to realize my dog needed her glands expressed. Yuck. I’ve taken her to the vet and groomer to have this done before but this is an extra expense when things are tight. I decided I’d give myself a couple days to feel better before doing this for her at home - I was nauseated as it was. In the meantime, I mixed this into her food hoping it would help some. Within two days the issue was resolved completely! I didn’t expect that but what a pleasant surprise for all parties. I will be telling all my fellow pet parents but wanted to drop a note here as well. I knew it was good for them when they have digestive issues but I think I’ll be adding this more regularly to their diet going forward to keep them more regular. I keep my dogs on a higher fiber food as it is but the dog supplements for this gland stuff can be very pricey. This pumpkin worked much better/faster at a fraction of the cost and I’m not worried about any other ingredients. Win, win. Thank you

The best pumpkin at the best price!

I’m unhappy that 10 cans of pumpkin was placed in one bag making it very heavy to carry in. Should be two -three bags. You charge me for bags anyway so I don’t care extra charge

This product is One of the Best Pumpkin products out there in every way (Quality, Cost etc) Not only is it a FIRM FAV with the Adults, My dogs have a spoonfull or 2 with ever meal as veru very healthy in many eays for them . Its a Win Win.

I've used these for smoothies and cooking and it's perfect. I also will occasionally mix this in with my dogs dinner or on a licky mat... she definitely recommends!

Black spot right in the middle of the pumpkin. No way I’m eating this or trusting the Good & Gather brand canned pumpkin.

This is the first time I opened up a can of pumpkin for it to have a black spot in the center, given all the food recalls as of late, I'm not taking my chances with eating this, I just threw away the can.

This pumpkin works great in baking or as part of a DIY whipped cream topping for coffee drinks. Versatile and freezes well.
