A: Hello, my friend. This one cannot be remotely controlled. You need to install 3 AA batteries for the light to come on.

Will fit regular size tree. Too big for small tree. Glitter doesn't easily fall off. Nice star. This is takes 3 AA's. Easy to put up, and looks great! Good for price. Sheds glitter.
