[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the air conditioner and immediately installed. It was packaged very well. It took about 30 minutes to install. I live in the south and this time of year it’s warm enough for air conditioning but the nights and mornings are still chilly. As soon as it was installed I turned on the cold air. First, great air flow and super cold air. Second, it is very quiet. I have had window units before and they were very loud. This unit does have supplemental heat. Meaning it’s meant to be operated when temperatures outside are between 41 and 75 degrees….it’s supplemental and not primary heat source. But, it’s perfect for knocking off the chill in the mornings and I could not be happier. The unit also dehumidifies…that is also a plus here in the south! It has a washable filter and comes with a remote. I’m impressed!!

My parents have the very same one and it is capable to maintain the whole large loving room cool! Its. Ot noisy and even the cats love to sleep next to it!

I bought this unit about 8 months ago great for summer AC works great Description is false is says it heats. I never tested it in the summer trusting the company. Great as AC but I also got it as it stated it heated.

We have a new baby in the house and 80 degrees upstairs was entirely too hot. This unit was a lifesaver, it wasn't too loud so the baby could sleep and it cooled the room to the perfect temperature. Our room is just over 500sq ft and this unit did the job perfectly. Additionally it's so portable with the wheels and the app is a MUST! We are able to control the unit from anywhere which is incredibly convenient.

And then we turned it on and boom fresh cold air. We got cold air within the same minute of turning it on and it started cooling the living room working 15 minutes. It would probably take about 30 minutes to an hour to feel super cold throughout the living room which is fine with us. I have a one story home and I am able to cool majority of my home with this. I loved being able to control it with the app and voice control as I do with a majority of the other appliances that I use in my home.
