A: Hi Cmajaksms. Thanks for reaching out. The lights can be turned on by holding the base of the candle and twisting the flame clockwise a quarter turn. The flame should illuminate once twisted, and can be turned off by twisting the flame counter clockwise.

Color is off
Agree with other reviewers who said the color looks off. It’s this odd yellowy orange color that looks sickly. Definitely doesn’t give off that cozy and warm light that I was wanting. It’s also not very bright. Overall the combination of those two things just makes them not worth it. I’ll be returning them.

Love being able to have that candle “glow” without the fire hazard, but do wish the battery lasted longer (fully recognize I need to remember to turn these off)- for the price I think it’s a good buy and it’s fun to have these accents in and around my home.

I feel like the battery in these lasts for a decent amount of time but the twist flame is difficult to turn off and on. I’d much rather the normal switch on the bottom.
