Had a terrible chemical smell

I purchased this as an online order. It was well packaged when I received it. When I opened it and unrolled it about a foot, the chemical order that came from it was so strong it about knocked me over. I left it unrolled with only about 2 feet showing for about an hour. My house smelled from what ever was giving off that chemical smell. I immediately rolled it back up and returned it to target. Also, the quality of the rug was not that great. It looked cheap and the cream portion of it had major yellow undertones. Would not recommend purchasing.
