When the time came that I needed to use this, it was very helpful. Once the claim was filed I reached out to the company for the completion process. They gave me a convenient option to either receive a gift card or a check. I was glad that I purchased this protection plan and would use it again.

I was very disappointed that there was no hard copy of the policy sent to me so that I could give it to the person I gifted the item to. Also, the policy should be in her name, not mine. I e-mailed everything to her and told her that if she had a claim rejected she should contact me as my name in on the e-mail. I hope the policy is not needed and that the item is not defective.
