Q: Can I store this on the side of my house outdoors?

submitted by turtlebadger - 11 months ago

  • A: Hi turtlebadger! The 20 Gal. Latching Storage Tote is made of Polypropylene plastic, and was designed for general household use. If using it outdoors, we suggest you cover it with a waterproof tarp, store it under a roof, or inside a garage, shed or other building to help prevent drying out from sun exposure, and to keep moisture from penetrating the unit.

    Purchase as in-store only.

If purchasing, make sure to pick out in store instead of getting the item delivered. Previously got them and loved them for extra storage, but when I purchased a second round to be delivered same-day, item was received damaged with tons of stress marks on the bottom and edges. Edges also damaged and scratched up with hard plastic pieces sticking out.
