No, these does not attach to different shades with a harp and finial; it uses an UNO fitter that screws directly onto the phenolic socket on the lamp base, and you cannot adapt it for a harp without significant DIY effort. Q: Hi! I own two of these lamps and need to replace the lampshades on them both. I have tried (and returned) 3 different shades--none of them fit the lamp the way the original shade does. Help!!

Shade is attached and the prongs keeping it straight break. So the shade tilts, and you can't straighten it. I wouldn't buy again.

SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS is robbery. I bought this exact lamp a few years ago for $35. Target, what happened to “expect more, pay less”? I’m over the greed. You’re pushing your customers away and it’s depressing.

Target shipped 2 lamps with virtually no protective packaging and no surprise they came very damaged. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the lamps and have them replaced. Do better, Target.

Love the lamp! Great size and it appears the shade can be switched out with a harp if needed. As other reviews stated, DO NOT order these online. The packaging is horrid. Both lamps arrived with significant damage. Will be returning both but hope to find the same lamps in stock in a store.

Great looking lamp. Can take a 3-way bulb, but I have a regular LED bulb in there. Packaging of the lamp when shipped is poor, and leaves the shade vulnerable. Try to pick it up in store if possible.
