26.4-Gals Laundry Hamper Basket Bamboo Laundry Basket with Lid Removable Machine Washable Laundry Basket, with Handles Ink Black

Just received this so can’t write too much yet but here are my pros & cons so far: Pros: 1) first & foremost the discounted price being marked down 80% from $120 to $40! It’s definitely not worth $120 to begin with even tho it’s bamboo (or at least looks & smells like bamboo). Is it worth even spending $40 on a hamper? Maybe not but I was looking for one that’s rustic, earthy & natural looking to match the rest of my bedroom decor & this is perfect. Much nicer than the typical ugly plastic hamper. 2) Its volume. It’s not huge in that it takes up a lot of space but has plenty of volume to hold a lot of laundry. As much if not more than others I’ve looked at. 3) This kind of goes w/#1 above but the black bamboo is aesthetically really nice. It’s not an eyesore by any means like most hampers & could pass as a nice piece of earthy decor if not putting it inside a closet. 4) Smells like real bamboo (which is a positive). 5) Removable & washable bag 6) The lid — easy to open & close. And it conceals the white laundry bag (unlike some others where you still see the edges of the bag) Cons: 1) Only con was assembly. It’s all very easy & straightforward except securing the bottom. The instructions aren’t too detailed or thorough so it took some trial & error but I figured it out. When inserting the bottom base make sure the side w/2 loops is facing out (not inside the hamper). Then you have to untie the cord/ribbon attached to the bottom of the hamper & weave it into the 2 loops of the bottom base. Make sure when tying it back up it’s snug. You may not have to do this but it keeps the base securely attached to the bottom.
