They’re very easy to open and shut, even for my mom who has arthritis in her hands. They are strong enough to keep the heavy curtains shut, and they open wide enough to fit thick curtains through. Only thing I’d say is i’d want them in different colors, but honestly any color is better than using a clothes pins so I’m happy haha

I was looking forward to receiving them because my son’s room gets sunlight and I thought these would help make his curtains work better but I was so disappointed. Do not waste your money on this product, huge disappointment.

My light blocking curtains are a little thicker and more difficult to close all the way. Having these clips has been a lifesaver for someone who often has late nights photographing concerts and needs a little nap here and there to make up for early mornings with the cat!

I use blackout curtains but sometimes it just doesn’t lay right. I have been using these Lights Out clips for a few weeks and quite like them. I do find that they can cause a small amount of wrinkling if they are not removed or repositioned every couple weeks. I plan on using these mostly for travel.
