These directions are terrible and the punch needle was defective. The punch needle interior was glued shut, so we couldn’t thread the thread through the needle - so now I need to buy a punch needle that works. Also, the directions are terrible - especially for a person who relies on the directions showing the actual materials provided in the box. The directions showed images of tools that were not included.

wow, I can't believe I learned a new skill and have 2 new coasters from this little inexpensive kit. everything I needed was included. the only thing I can complain about is that the written instructions were not the easiest to understand but I just watched a quick video and it was easy peezy.

It's not as bad as the comments say. It's actually okay. You just need some skills to get it done. Poking around is super stress-relieving☺️, and it gives a great sense of achievement!🥰🥰🥰

Needle keeps cutting the yarn and you have to hold the yarn on the back so it doesn't come out.

This little craft is great for beginner punch needling. I saw the many reviews on how poor it is but I disagree! The instructions are great, even my 7 and 9 year old are doing their own. One needle did break when one child was using it, so that’s unfortunate but overall I think it’s a great beginner kit !

It doesn’t work. Poked myself and bled

Bought two , one had two of the same picture. Both packs the string kept breaking and the string wouldn’t stay in the fabric. Very poor quality

Bought this activity for my daughter for a road trip. The tip of the threading tool broke as she assembled it. She was looking forward to the activity and was bummed that she was not able to do it.

I bought this for my daughter and I to do together. It was so fun! The instruction and package was great and the patterns are beautiful. We are still working on finishing our last one and highly recommend.

Trash. The white fabric is nit tightly woven enough to allow the yarn to stay in. This makes the yarn pull out and large holes are left in the white fabric. Frustrating for the budding crafter. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy this product it may look super fun but it is just a big waste of money. The yarn falls out and the fabric is not very forgiving if you make a mistake. The product had potential but just missed it completely.

As others have stated, the yarn just falls out. Thought this would be. Fun craft for my 7 year old and I, but it was just frustrating.

Zero stars. Wish i would have read reviews. Pretty sure no one has ever gotten this product to work. Completely defective

Don’t recommend this product for kids or adults, really disappointed! It looks easy and fun to do but it ain’t, it makes big holes and the string comes back out and it won’t stay like it shows in the instructions.

Wish I would’ve seen the reviews before buying this in store. My 9 year old picked this out, and I thought it would be a fun summer project. We didn’t even make it as far as the bad reviews got. The screw in our embroidery hoop won’t stay in. It just falls right out, so we can’t even get started with the project that apparently won’t work anyways. The directions didn’t even say how to get the fabric in the embroidery hoop. The directions just start with the fabric already secured in it. Target should be giving people their money back for this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just made some big hole and l waste my money .

The needle just makes big holes in the fabric, making it unusable. Won’t hold the yarn. Frustrating for my 10 year old and myself, and we are very crafty. Not worth it at all.
