Unfortunately, the last screw will not go into the pre drilled hole. It’s almost as if there are no threads inside the hole for the screw to catch. Very frustrating assembly

The cart may be OK, but we may never know. As others have said, the individual trays are jammed together with only plastic separating them. They are impossible to separate without wrecking the tray, your hands, and your patience. I have probably assembled close to 100 pieces of furniture over my lifetime and I have NEVER seen any package as poorly assembled as this one. I should have paid better attention to the poor reviews. Don't make the same mistake. Believe them when they say the trays are stuck. Oh, and the idiots who assembled the packaging also buried key components between the stuck trays.

Ordered this online and it clearly was an open box returned item - the packaging had new tape all over it and it wasn’t entirely closed at the top of the package. Disappointing since I paid for a new item. Would recommend getting this in store so you know you’re getting a new item
