Some variations great, others awful

I bought the Moss and Lilac variations. Lilac (purple) smells lovely and has tremendous throw for a little candle. Moss (green) on the other hand has literally no smell while burning and barely any unlit. Does anyone test these candles? I ordered for delivery based on description. Never would have bought Moss if I had smelled or in this case didn't smell in-store. More Lilac less Moss please.
