product protection coverage is a rip off
I purchased a 40" tv from target. I also purchased a product protection plan for $35.00. The tv arrived damaged. I returned the tv to target for a refund. Now, I am told I can not cancel the protection policy. This makes no sense. I do not have the tv. I want my $35.00 back!!!!!

Absolute must have
Panicked, I called SquareTrade customer service when my tv had finally decided it was done. The tv was speaking for the whole house when it decided it wasn’t going to play anymore kids shows, it was Dora the explorer’d out. My toddler disagreed, and thankfully The wonderful representative was able to save this mommy’s sanity.
He was so helpful and kind, even when I was less than kind to him. Yes I know it was not this poor reps fault, but my brain and my breaking point where not on the same page. This company is wonderful! It is an absolute must in my house to get a SquareTrade warranty. It is such a relief to know that when you really need it, this company follows through with their promise to protect the products in your home. I will continue to recommend this warranty to everyone I know and definitely continue to purchase warranties through them in the future.
