A: Hello Giggles, You can file a claim online anytime. Just follow the steps below. File a Claim Online 1. Go to www.squaretrade.com 2. Click File a Claim at the top of the page. 3. Make sure the item is a keeper before buying this warranty
The warranty seems like a good deal, however if you purchase the item but for whatever reason choose to return the item, you cannot return or get a refund on the warranty, so you will lose out on that cost unless you purchase another item that is similar

Do not recommend.
Only covers hardware failures. My tv won't connect to wifi anymore and they won't do anything for me. Have gone through all the troubleshooting options, there's nothing I can do now. A waste of money.
