Description
Create a dreamlike atmosphere in your childs bedroom with the Lush Decor Star Sheer Insulated Room Darkening Curtains. The kid curtains are sprinkled with a pattern of small metallic silver stars and feature a white sheet overlay on top. These two-layer curtains feature a room darkening panel with a sheer overlay. The light filtration depends on how you style it light blocking with privacy, sheer only for a soft filtered light or both closed for a chic, layered look. Add these curtains to your nursery, playroom, or kids bedroom decor. These room darkening curtains are crafted from a polyester fabric and feature 2 layers. Sold as 2 panels, each measuring 38 inches wide in multiple length options. Add these star curtains to your kids bedroom decor or nursery decor. These drapes offer seamless installation with metal grommets measuring 1.65" in diameter, allowing you to easily slide your curtain rod through them. Caring for these kids curtains are easy, simply machine wash cold on the gentle cycle and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring. Use an iron on low heat to release wrinkles, if needed.

Stylish room darkening curtains
I love the shiny finish of the grey/silver panels. It does make it so the stars are a little less noticeable, more understated in the design which I think is fine. They are advertised as blackout curtains but I would say they are more like room darkening which is fine for me as the nursery window doesn't get direct sunlight anyway, but I imagine if your window gets direct light and your child is sensitive this might not block enough light. I love the panels and they're easy to open and close and overlap to keep light from coming through the middle. I bought my glider from target as well and I appreciate that the grey/silver curtains match well.

Cheap fabric
These are so cute but sadly coming out of the packaging the fabric was coming apart in a couple spots. I debated on returning but I already installed before I noticed the spots & don’t want to have to take everything down to replace. Luckily my daughter doesn’t notice.

Exactly what I needed for my daughters room! Allows light in during the day by tying back the light blocking curtains and provides privacy/ blocks light really well when the thicker curtains are down. She loved the stars on the curtains as well and it looks exactly as pictured! Definitely would buy again.

Not Blackout Curtains
These curtains are really cute, and well-made, but they claim to block out "99%" of light. I would estimate that it is closer to 70% of the light. They really dim the room, but they don't fully darken it, which is what we needed for our infant. They would work fine for someone who just wants to block some of the light.

I came across these curtains and let me tell you, they were the best choice. The dark color with stars and moons with the added shear panel was what i was looking for . Easy to hang and does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curtain was a breeze to put up with a tension rod. We are using it across a doorway to help with light and heat on different floors of the house and it is working fine. I cannot speak to its light blocking ability on a window as we have not used it for that yet but so far we are pleased with how it functions. The white frilly part I find unnecessary but my kids love it for their imagination games so we will call it a win. Make sure the pattern fits your decor and home colors.

Great For Pitch Black Rooms!

They do a great job at blocking light out when wanted, but the sheer outer curtain adds a bit more feminine depth for my daughter. The star pattern on the blackout shades is subdued and not overly attention grabbing. It would be nice if the sheer curtains could be moved independently of the whole set, but overall it is a great product.
