Was listed as arriving flat but was rolled. Was rolled under pressure so rather difficult/dangerous to unroll when removing the binding that kept it rolled. Noted to keep children and pets away and wear gloves. Although they say it provides better protection is seems much thinner than other mats that I have had. I hope they are right since I am putting it on a new LVP floor

Polycarbonate is a memory polymer meaning once unrolled it is ready for immediate use- because of it wanting to go back to its origin you will find an unrolling guide inside the box which explains how to open your mat in the safest way.
