This is the softest rug I have ever felt. What sold me was the supersoft rug backing. Most rugs have coarse burlap type backing that can scratch wood floors. I also love the pattern. PLEASE keep making these rugs with this backing!!! Thank you. It does mat down and my solution to that is to keep buying more of them - that's how much I love them!! I have 3 on my floors at all times and have already purchased 9 of them. 3 of them I replaced after a year and another 3 are in storage for future use. I came back in here to buy yet another 3, afraid that Target could discontinue them. It vacuuims well and I also use a Shark carpet cleaner on it with no issues. There has never been a stain I couldn't get out. Like others have mentioned, I did have one rug come stained. The plastic wrap the rug was packed in was torn and the rug got stained after no doubt rubbing on the floor of a UPS truck - I had to return that one. I would agree that these rugs do not last as long as some but I love them just the same.

Wrong color item delivered. Target asked me to return it, I explained a 12ft rug wouldn’t fit in my car, they told me to mail it. To mail a 12ft rug when it took them a plane and 3rd party… what a joke. Pay $500+ and no one can check the color? After a customer service runaround I’m told they’ll finally do a pickup return. Ordering elsewhere. A shame too, have a smaller size in the color I ordered, and love it, but Target customer service was not helpful and as of the time of this review, I’ve not yet received any compensation or return label emailed.

I have this rug in 9x12 charcoal and love it. But it's pretty doggy, so I bought a new one when I saw a sale. Unfortunately, a light gray rug has been delivered twice. I can only assume something is wrong in the system or with the manufacturer. If anyone in charge is actually reading this, please try and fix this issue!

We love this rug so much that we’ve bought it twice! It’s in our living room that see HIGH traffic, it really takes a beating. This rug looks gorgeous but fits our mid century mod, neutral style, yet still is so pretty when we decorate for Christmas. It is PLUSH and soft, it has the nice backing, cleans up well with regular spot cleaning. I will be so disappointed if it is discontinued.

I was so upset receiving this item. It literally looked used and dirty. It was grey and felt as if it has been stomped on by sneakers for several months. I was actually replacing the same exact carpet so I know what it looks like brand new. It looked exactly like the carpet i was replacing which was a year and a half old. It had crud and crumbs in it too. Took it back to target which was a hassle but it was a very easy return; just still trying to wrap my head around how target could deliver me a used carpet. I would love to reorder it again because the carpet really is so beautiful and plush when it's new but I'm scared the same thing will happen. Supre disappointing.

We have several of these rugs throughout our home: living room, playroom, and kid’s room. We’ve had them about 6-8 months now, so I wanted to come back and review. First, it was extremely difficult to get a “perfect rug”. We both purchased in store and online, but almost every rug arrived with black staining from the warehouse. The stains would not clean out, so I was having to keep returning and rebuying. If you’re a perfectionist, you’ll be bothered by random white or charcoal colored threads out of place. There’s also some extra long pieces here and there, which I just clip as I see them. Unfortunately as plush and beautiful as the rug initially looks, it gets crushed by walking on it very quickly. We have a Dyson vacuum, which won’t revive the fluff and has a little trouble rolling on the rug. You can fluff it back up very temporarily by getting it a little damp and scrubbing it gently with a brush, but it’s pointless. Stains will not easily clean off. We don’t have pets, so I cannot say how it handles pets, but I don’t think it would go well. I would suggest pairing with a no-slip rug pad as the backing is slick. Our rugs would slide around the room before the pads delivered. So, would I buy these rugs again? Maybe. We purchased during a very good sale, which was worth it to us. I don’t feel the quality is there for full price, especially knowing you still need a good rug pad underneath. I’m including pictures that show the loose threads, colors in the wrong spots, and how the rugs have worn over time. Lastly, keep in mind the rug is cream and charcoal colored (NOT black and white).

Arrived dirty on one end and within the first couple days the threading started coming out. Rugs quality was soft at first but didn’t last long. Wouldn’t recommend.

This rug did not hold up at all- the pattern is great but the quality is awful. It tore up in every single corner under a years worth of use

I loved it in the beginning. I've had for 2 years now and it looks pretty rough now. So it didn't last very long. It's matted and hard to clean. I do regular cleaning and vacuuming on my rugs and this particular one just didn't last as long as I hoped.

I purchased two of these rugs. The pattern is fun, however I purchased the second one because this is the softest rug I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love the softness!

The rug itself is so soft! But shipping was not ideal. The packaging was horrific, wrapped (barely) in plastic with atleast a foot of the rug sticking out the other end, exposing to dirt and stains. A portion of the rug is discolored and stained from shipment due to it being exposed. I have not been able to remove the stain as of now.

it's ridiculously soft and really makes a statement. It's not super hard to clean either. The colors weren't exactly what I thought they would be but they still work just fine..

This rug is soft, but it smells! We purchased in-store and after we rolled it out realized it STINKS. It smells like dirty feet and nothing I’ve tried works. Complete waste of money.

If you use a Dyson vacuum do not waste your time with this rug. It won’t suction at all. Just immediately stops. The rug is soft and thick but with dogs and kids there’s absolutely no way I can keep it if I can’t clean it easily.

We found 4 matting metal shards after cutting ourselves on this rug. At first we thought there were maybe two left over staples, but continued to find tiny metal shards that seemed to be woven in. They were difficult to remove and easily cut our fingers. We returned it only two hours after purchasing.

Arrived dirty as if someone had dragged it in the warehouse and on the ground before delivering it to us. Wasn’t wrapped up all the way either.
