Look at product photos before buying
Make sure you look at the product photos before purchasing. I bought in store and was under the impression that the decorative part where the fragrance liquid is would be taller and skinnier at the top to keep the reeds closer together. The box height and appearance made me think so. After unboxing at home, I was surprised to see a bowl-like bottom that exposes the fragrance liquid and allows the reeds to spread out. Can't speak to the efficacy of the fragrance because I returned it, but would be much cuter if it looked like a standard reed diffuser! Can't speak to the fragrance strength as I never used it, but should have looked at the product photos before purchasing in store. The height and appearance of the box made me think the decorative bottle would be wider
