Our granddaughter loves these. The babies themselves are soft and not hard plastic. Each prize ball is different and if the baby comes with a blanket there will be no diaper and vice versa. It comes with a cute adoption certificate that can be filled out. The crib is sturdy. The ones with the stroller are not as sturdy and not as easy to put together either. Our granddaughter is almost 6 years old and she has so much fun with these. I definitely recommend.
