I’ve had this shelf for about a year. One shelf holds my microwave and is sagging a little, but it has held up my plates and trash bins well and still functions like new.

I don’t trust the plastic shelf supports. None of them clipped together all of the way. If I wasn’t storing light clothing, I would take this back. It wouldn’t stand up straight, being super wobbly, so I had to lean it against the wall.

This shelving unit was easy to assemble. The unit is sturdy and holds a lot of items.

One of the five shelves was bent, which I didn’t notice until we had already taken it out and assembled. Really frustrating.

Easy to put together. One person job. Very sturdy. Adds extra storage in garage but nice enough to use in your house. Great purchase!!!

This shelving unit is very solid, and easy to assemble by yourself though it helps to have a helper to stabilize while assembling. It's pretty basic but if you need fancy, there are other shelves for that. One of the units I bought came with a dented shelf but it didn't affect my usage in a rented storage facility. Be sure to look over the parts when you pull them out of the cardboard box, there's no margin for rough handling by Target.

If it’s not an urgent necessity I would wait for them to go on sale, as they often do. But I paid full price for these and they are great shelving units. I have so much stuff crammed on these units and they are sturdy and never even look like they are gonna tip, I can’t say the same for my garment rack from them 😂 This is a good purchase, even for storage tote storage! I love it and would purchase again.

I really like these shelves. I bought two sets of them. They were easy to assemble and are very sturdy. They included a safety strap to attach them to the wall if you are worried about them tipping forward. These were definitely worth the money. They look nice too.

Easy to assemble. Perfect for adding into laundry room to have more shelving for storage, laundry needs, or as a dry food pantry as I am using it for. I love it! It’s perfect! Very nice quality, very sturdy.

I've assembled multiple sets of wire shelves that use locking rings, and I've even assembled a wire shelf nearly identical to this one back when the wire shelf brand name was Made By Design by Target. This Brightroom by Target shelf is the worst I've dealt with to date. The locking rings don't work. They're supposed to actually lock in place along the inset lines on the legs. The locking rings on this shelf don't do that. Every time I try to push the ring into place, the ring continuously slides further down. I even swapped out one single shelf for another, thinking it was maybe a manufacturing defect for one particular shelf, but it's the locking rings that are the issue. It's completely dangerous. You may think the shelf is stable, but if you put anything on the bottom shelf and the locking ring slips, the whole bottom shelf could come loose and topple everything over. The provided hardware to anchor the shelf to the wall won't stop this shelf from toppling over and being hazardous if the locking rings won't consistently work -- the weight of everything on the shelf, which can be up to 350 lbs, will rip the single flimsy plastic drywall anchor right out of the wall. I don't recommend this product, unless you get really lucky and get one with effective locking rings. I should have read the bad reviews before buying this; there were three other one-star reviews, and several mentioned the faulty locking rings. Always read the bad reviews! This is going back to the store.
