I bought 3 fans for my kids rooms. I had an electrician install all three. Unfortunately, they are all connected because they are so close together. If I turn one on it turns the other two on. Etc. So there is a lot of fighting going on in my house at night. I got these installed last fall so it hasn't been a big problem. Now that it is getting hot it is starting to create chaos in the house! My Electrician said he would come back and try to reinstall them. I called Lamps plus. They said to disconnect all of them. And then reconnect them one at a time. My electrician said he already did this but is willing to come back and try again. Usually, they come with a controller box? I am not sure. No instructions in box. Also I wouldn't say these are the quietest fans. For the money I spent, I would expect better. The size, color and style are fine. I have low ceilings so had to get the flush mount. The LED light is a litter dim. But I have gotten used to it. Also, My ceilings are not level so there are some gaps between ceiling and fan. At first, it bothered me but now it's ok. I guess that is normal?? Not sure. If I can get the remotes working independently I would definitely buy again and raise my ratings.

Installation of the fan was quite simple. In about 20 minutes the fan was installed and running. However after approximately a hour the fan start developing a loud knocking noise. After demolition we noticed that the receiver mounting screw was missing and the seal plate screws were loose. We received a replacement a few days later. We checked the receiver mounting screws and indeed they were also loose. The fan is now running perfectly without problems or noise..

My white ceiling fan/lite is perfect against my white ceiling. It’s simplicity in design doesn’t detract from the room. It works perfectly and is easy to operate.
