The fans move air, but make a ton of noise. Their tech support is useless and when you call them, you get a telemarketing company. Find another brand.

We were looking for a fan with a more satin or matte finish, but the gunmetal here is very shiny. That won’t work at all with our decor, so we had to return the fan. Left three stars because we don’t think there was anything wrong with it. Just didn’t like the finish.
