A: Hello Sheila - Great question! It is best to remove the frame from the wall to change out the photos to prevent accidental dropping or damage. The photo is easily changed out as needed. Thanks for shopping with us! - John
A: Hello and thank you for checking in with us. If you mean the screws that are meant to hold your picture in place, they are gold and of standard size. If you are asking on how to hang the frame up, a nail in the wall is recommended. Please let us know if you have any other questions about this item. Have a great day!
A: Hi Nas - Thanks for asking. This is an amazing frame that I'm sure will look amazing in your home. While nails are recommended, you can use the hardware that fits your style best. Have a great day. - Marcell
A: Hi SOrt - Thanks for asking! Unfortunately, a 9 x 12 would not fit in this frame. We hope this helps! - Jerith
A: Hi Onceuponatime - Thanks for asking! The keyhole pieces are not supposed be removed. They are permanent keyhole hangers. To hang the frame, first install a nail into the wall, then slide the frame onto the nail. The keyhole on the back of the frame is what should slide onto the nail. We recommend that this guest uses superglue to reinstall the keyhole hangers in their original location on the back of the frame. We hope this helps! - Jerith
