Dont buy!
This meat made my wife sick. It was in the refrigerator for two weeks and remained bright red even in the center, as mentioned in other reviews. I suspect it’s artificially dyed to maintain its color. This reminded me of when I bought it and grilled burgers. The internal temperature was 180 degrees, yet it still had reddish patches. I won’t buy this meat again.

Not 93 percent lean stop lying!!!!
Used to be great quality but there was a lot of grease even with 93 percent lean meat and paying almost 20 dollars I don’t like or appreciate being misled like that it’s clearly not 93 percent lean meat so either start being honest and have the great quality meat I used to love or lower your prices.

quality has gone down
Target has always had the best Ground beef (and chicken breasts). I solely bought ground beef and chicken breasts at target for years, my husband has stomach issues and Targets meat never bothered his stomach. For years I have never even have had to drain any excess grease on the 93% lean. But his last package, a lot more grease, its like it was much lower quiality and more like a 80% lean. I also would like to say that the price has just been ridiculously high, I didn't complain about it before after it was raised so high because I know the quality was good but at this price and with the quality going down I will have to find my ground beef else where. I love doing all my shopping at Target, please try to retain your good quality products.
