I was unsure of the long term durability of the plastic but it’s still working and looking great after being in direct sun for the last two months I’ve had it. The reel mechanism is easy to use and smooth. Sometimes the hose does get stuck when I pull it at an angle but that could be because I haven’t mounted it yet.

It rolls up easily, keeps your hose from tangling, and it's easy to install. I live where we get severe weather and they hold up well to the elements. I recommend this highly.

It is actually pretty good with its easy to roll mechanism. I installed it on the rear of my house which only had a 50 ft hose, but I’m going to be buying another for the 100 ft hose for the front yard! I absolutely love it!

Reel arrived within days. A well constructed sturdy product. Pricier than others I viewed but worth it. This reel will last several seasons if not more.
