A: COOKING TEMPERATURE IN OVEN Cuisinart® Stainless Cookware can be used in the oven without damage. Naturally, the handle as well as the pan will become hot. Use potholders to prevent burns. The cookware can be used in the oven at any baking temperature up to 500°F and can go from burner to broiler to table when placed on a heat-resistant trivet. Glass lids are oven safe to 350°F only. DO NOT place Cuisinart® Nonstick Cookware under the broiler.

I've only used it a couple of times so far, but it works really great. The first time I made enchiladas, the sauce wiped right off. The next time made some ribs and the drippings got stuck to the bottom of the pan and turned black, but still came off pretty easily when I washed it. I was really impressed, plus it fits nicely in my oven.

This is how this item was boxed. No packing, in box 4 or 5 times too big. It was on its side in box( I'm sure it was tossed all over in big box. Fortunately it was not damaged in shipment or I would definitely returned it. Please be more mindful of merchandise!

Heavy duty & perfect for Turkey. Our Turkey was a little over 14 lbs and I thought it was a perfect fit. Would definitely fit up to 20 as suggested, however, I liked the ability to maneuver and work with the Turkey/baste it, so 14 lbs was perfect for that. Washed very nicely both the rack and the pan. Would buy again but I think this one will last us quite a bit!

I have not used this pan yet, but I love that it doesn't have grooves on the bottom which are really hard to clean. It is a good size for the turkeys we buy at Thanksgiving and I love that it's stainless steel.

The tray is too deep and strong. Bad design l. Heat can't go into the tray. So you will end up with a dry turkey on top and raw on bottom. I didn't understand why till I cook a few turkeys. Had to disappoint some hungry family members. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy unless you want to serve raw turkey thighs.

I loved the pan that is deep enough to collect all the juices from my kalua pork shoulder. I also didn’t have to worry about spilling anything. The nonstick rack with handles made it so easy to lift my roast out of the pan. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these, other than it is harder to find a place to store such a large pan
