[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this lounger/love seat. Perfect size. The fabric for the cushions are great quality as well as the frame. I have to say though it took me a little longer than the 30 min time frame but it's not difficult. Also, note that the customer service went above and beyond to help me get my order figured out because it was a tangled mess. They were so patient and understanding when I'm sure they wanted to strangle me lol. Just teasing. Customer service was amazing though. I have bought from this company before and their products are very well made.

Defective piece makes bed not lay down at all. Customer service from target was awful because this is from something called target plus with a third party seller. Now I have to package this gigantic box back up and somehow get it to a ups or back to the store to return which is absolutely not something I want to do. Very frustrated. Do not recommend.

It came with the wrong pieces and I found out after I built it and took it apart 3 times. I had to box it back up and return it. Also turns out it can only hold up to 350 lbs which is barely enough for me my wife and dog to sit on. I don’t really review stuff but target emailed me to review this item after I returned it so here you go.

I love this futon! It’s different in that it folds on the sides; I think this makes it much better for floor space. It’s marketed as an outdoor futon but I have it in my log cabin and it looks way better than the “office” looking futons I saw in stores.

Terrible. I thought it would be perfect for my space and it does fit but literally every aspect was manufactured wrong. 1 piece I understand but almost every part had an issue. Save your money and get something else. Not worth $50

This is a good piece of outdoor furniture for the price and is comfortable to me. My only complaint is that the seat cover wrinkles up across the seat from being bent upward on the sides. As other reviewers said, it does sit low but I’m short so it doesn’t bother me.

I absolutely love this sofa. It’s cozy and comfortable. I can sit and visit or I can lie and take a comfortable nap, We have had a lot of rain recently and the water just rolls off. A quick wipe with a towel and it’s dry. I do wish the legs were a little longer. It’s sits pretty low to the ground for these old bones..

The cushions are typical outdoor fabric but are very comfortable. The seat is just the perfect size for my sick husband who needs to rest but wants to be outside watching the grand kids. Perfect for the small space we have to put it in.

Like everyone else, two holes have to be re-drilled in order for the back to be properly attached, holes don’t line up. The futon is great, besides that but bestchoicproducts was not able to help AT ALL. Poor customer service. Maybe get quality control to do it right before it leaves the factory.

Its pretty comfortable and seems to be a quality product. it has deep seating and the cushions are soft and comfortable. I added couple of more decorative pillows to improve but the ones that came with futon are pretty good by themselves. Although they haven't been tested with elements yet, they seem to fare OK over long run. The one issue I have with this is it sits too low to the ground. Just 10.5" above ground. I had to add risers to get comfortable seating, but risers spoil the look and keep the futon moving. If its 3-5" more taller it would have been perfect.

I love this little outdoor sofa. It’s comfy, stable, easy to dress up. But 2 holes are misaligned, so we had to bore 2 more to make it work. Please correct this manufacturing error so that I can give it 5 stars because I truly love this piece.

So We love the sofa. Its adorable, comfy, and easy to fold out. The finished product is fantastic. However, assembly wasn't well designed. Instructions aren't clear what is 'front' and 'back' on a piece. Worse yet, the back panel's pre-drilled holes don't line up at all with metal threaded sockets on the bench's legs. This caused a bit of trouble in lining up and drilling new holes. Thankfully, you can't see the extra holes with it pushed against something.

As a previous review stated, the holes were not drilled correctly and we were unable to assemble the couch. It was a pain to deal with returning such a large item. It really is a shame because I had high hopes for this couch!

Looks nice and is comfortable. However, pre-drilled holes were not in the correct places. It was easier for me to drill my own holes than hassle with a return. Very disappointed and not worth the price.

We put this on the deck of our cabin and it is the perfect size and so comfortable for an afternoon nap! It’s sturdy, the cushions are super comfortable and there is a pull-out tray to set your drink on. We love it!
