Easy to assemble. Comes in 2 large pieces. You just snap the back onto the seat (might take 2 people), screw the feet in, and plug in the cord to use the massage feature. I got this mainly for its small size. I have a corner that needed a small chair and this was perfect. It doesn’t look like a traditional lazy boy style recliner. It’s got a modern minimalist vibe. To recline, I just push back slightly on the floor with my feet when I sit down and the foot rest comes up. To recline further, I push back with my hands on both arms of the chair. I’m over 65 and it doesn’t require a lot of arm or leg strength to recline. In the fully reclined position, I’m almost laying flat on my back. I’ve taken naps on this and it’s very comfortable. I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs and it’s perfect for my size. My head is right on the pillow and my feet hang slightly off the end of the footrest. My husband who is 160 lbs and 5’10” borrows it only for the massage feature but he finds that it’s too small for him to be comfortable for longer than a 15-30 min massage. I didn’t get it for the massage feature and I don’t use it a lot but it’s nice to have. It does need to be plugged in to use massage so if you don’t need it, don’t plug it in and you can put it anywhere without an outlet. It doesn’t need an outlet to recline, just to massage. It only massages your lower back but there are 8 different massage rhythm settings and you can adjust the intensity of your massage. There’s also on/off, 15 min and 30 min massage and it’ll turn off automatically when using the timer. I use the massage feature maybe once or twice a week but husband uses it daily. Overall this was a good buy. I got the gray color and the cloth material is smooth and feels high quality and durable. There’s also adequate padding esp on the seat, back and head to make it very comfortable. Like I said, I’ve napped on this chair. Great value.

As someone with a connective tissue disorder I have to be very selective when it comes to just about anything and this chair is a winner! Comfort: 10/10 soft yet stable, sits at the right height for me 5'2" and strangely my husband 5'10". Aesthetics: 9/10 looks high end I just wish there were more color options. Material quality: 10/10 so far; I'm interested in seeing how it holds up against a preschooler and kindergartener. Durability 10/10: no wobbling and reclining is easy yet feels strong. Ease of assembly: 100/10: Not only is this chair light but assembly was a breeze where you twist on the feet and click in the back to the base.

Not easy to push with your back especially having back surgery Its smaller than it looks it the picture Would not recommend if your having back surgery or any surgery that requires you to push with your back to recline. Sorry I made this purchase

It is perfect for watching the TV I mounted high on the opposite wall in my small extra bedroom/office. I have encountered no quality issuesand there's not even a loose stitch to be found.

I bought this mainly to watch TV in. I can feel wide awake but once I lean back all the way in this thing. it makes me want to take a nap every time! No lie, that's how comfortable it is! It is very sturdy for the price and I'll gladly give it 5 stars.
