These cake pans are great, seem well made, and the cakes I baked came out without a problem so the non-stick element is awesome. The only huge issue is that the walls of the pans are slanted, not straight, so when I went to ice it took so much frosting and effort to get it smooth and even. Not super happy with it because of that to be honest, the technical use of it is awful

I did not put any butter or flour on the bottom of the pan, I poured the batter directly in, I let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes ran my knife around the edge and it came right out when I poured it over on the plate. Hardly any of the cake stuck to the bottom of the pan as seen in the photo. Recommend.

I know that things are gonna bake evenly in this because of that I like the nonstick that way I don’t have to use too many added ingredients to get it out of the pan or parchment paper, I actually made a small chocolate cake single layer in this to check out how they responded and it was exactly how I thought it came out perfect washed easily. I would recommend this.

The only thing I wish was if there were bigger edges on the pan to help get it out of the oven, other than that I have no complaints:)

I was eager to use it to see how it would hold up so I immediately made rolls and then washed and made cornbread followed by a cake. In all instances the temperature distribution on the surfaces was perfect to bake to a nice even brown. PERFECTION! The size is perfect for so many things—this is one that should be looked at as a staple— not just for cakes!!

VERY nice and heavy cake pan. Sizing is off as it’s @ 1/4” smaller than a standard 9 inch round pan. I haven’t used it yet so can’t comment on ease of removing a cooked layer. If doing a stack cake this matters. The height won’t be there if you’re looking to make a thicker cake layer. If using a boxed cake mix you may need 3 pans and not the standard 2. I’m still debating on either purchasing another one (I bought 2) or returning for a deeper pan. Be aware of the depth when purchasing.

these are not actually 9 in pans bc walls slope AND they are only 1.5 in high when standard is 2 inches... why???? they are a little to small to be useful

The cakes come of out this pan easily and baked evenly. But it is not actually 9 inches!! Also the sides are not straight, but slanted outward. Don't combine layers baked in this pan with those baked in actual 9 inch cake pans!

My favorite cake pans. Just remember to wipe off any water after washing. They will rust.
