Computer arrived DEAD on delivery. Wasn't charged, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't take a charge. Completely useless. Did anyone at ACER even look at this computer? I have no trust in this company anymore.

Screen was damaged and there is no warranty, had to refund it. I was sad as it was supposed to be a gift but they don’t have options to exchange or get repaired.

Bought this hoping that it at least would work, and it did. However it did not charge, I don’t know yet if it’s the laptop or the charging brick, either way I am already regretting the purchase might just return it to avoid the hassle, it doesn’t even have warranty on it.
