Got to say , these do not work that well ! Bought these for the first time. Used this for menstrual cramps thinking it will help relieve more pain since it’s extra strength 500mg per pill. Took 2 and it hardly helped . Usually I’ll take 3 advil or ibuprofen (200 mg) And that will do the trick to relieve cramps . So I’d say these were a bust . After using 3 of these brand and I still feel my cramps intensely. Pass on this brand next time

I had an headache and took 2 pills and it literally did nothing for me, i still had an headache an hr later 0/10 , i did take valuhealth pain headache pills the dollar tree brand ( the green box) with caffeine and baby my headache was gone in 15mins i will never purchase these again!!!

Beware! I have been buying Up&Up brand acetaminophen for years. But when I first opened this bottle and saw that the pills were white instead of red, I looked more closely at the label. Yes, it’s the same strength, but these are not “rapid release.” They don’t work! Please, Target, bring back the rapid release caplets!

Works as well as the brand name and I can get 500 tablets for $8.70 or so where's Tylenol is over $20 for a smaller amount. I find the brand name and this brand to be equal.
