Q: Can this effectively be used as the first cleanse in a double cleanse routine? I mean to remove makeup first and then cleansing again after with a different product?

A: The Brightening Cleansing Gel can be used to in a two step cleansing regimen either as the first or second step. If using with an oil cleanser, we would recommend using the oil cleanser as the first step, followed by the Brightening Cleansing Gel.

A: The Brightening Cleansing Gel is formulated for all skin types, however if you tend to have dry skin you may find the Ultra Hydrating Green Juice Cleanser a better fit to help balance and replenish.

This is in my shower and on my sink for day amd night. I am in my 30's I have tried many products both luxurious and you name it... This by far is my favorite. I have mostly normal skin with a little dryness between the eyebrows and around mouth. I had high hopes but sadly this didn't work for me. It was actually very drying and made me break out. I'm still using the same moisturizer with a different face wash and not breaking out anymore so I know it was this cleanser.

This literally brightens my skin. After a month of usage I had to stop using it because my face was too bright that I looked pale in indoor lighting. Outdoor lighting my face was more than amazing. I have medium brown skin. The vitamin C with the antioxidants work extremely well.

This is the worst reaction I've had from a cleanser ever, and I use scrubs and AHA/BHA cleaners on a regular basis with no issues. It caused a chemical-like burn on my face (redness, swelling, burning), and dried out my arms. Please be careful!

First time using this and I really like it. I have very sensitive skin and I found this doesn’t dry out my skin and gives me a nice bright glow almost. I feel it cleans well but not too stripping and doesn’t leave my face feeling tight. The scent is berries but also heavy on the orange citrus. But I don’t mind that. This has definitely replaced my Cerave cleanser and it’s vegan and clean.

I was hoping this would be a gentle yet effective cleaner, but I found it to be a little too stripping, even in the summer. It's not horribly stripping compared to some other cleansers, but I like my face to feel supple and clean with a cleanser and this one left it feeling a little dry and tight, not something I can use everyday. I don't use it to clean off makeup so perhaps it is more suitable for that. The scent is also unpleasant as it smells like the disinfecting kind of lemon.
