Too large for small hands
Like that you can adjust weight, but wish the grip width was smaller. I am an adult with very small hands and the width of the grip is too wide for me to squeeze it with proper form. I hurt my thumb using this the first and only time I tried it... so be aware and be careful using it if you have small hands.

Comfortable and good grip
The best feature that this grip exercise tool is the adjustable pressure. I cannot squeeze it at all at the highest. I have to do it at the lowest. My hands hurt if i try to do it too tight. Hopefully i can start at the easiest and work my way up. It's easy to grip and fits well in my hand.

Perfect for hand exercise
This is absolutely perfect! My husband works with his hands and is always looking for something to help him with his grip and hand strength. This gadget works perfectly for that. He loves how easy it is to adjust and the design is great. There is grip on the handle so it’s easier to hold onto as well. Definitely recommend!

Nice adjustable hand grip trainer
This Adjustable Hand Grip from All In Motion is perfect for hand and forearms strength training. It is an excellent tool for improving grip and strength. It has soft, rubber comfortable handles that are easy to grip. I like that it is easy to adjust the intensity from 30 to 90 pounds. It has improved my grip and strength which is very helpful for my daily workouts!

Super easy to use hand grip
A super easy to use adjustable hand grip. This thing is great. You can easily adjust the grip from 30lbs to 90lbs. The adjustment isn't exact but based on where the spring is you can guestimate the lbs used. Turning the knob to adjust it is rather easy, although it does take a lot of turns to go from 30 to 90. The grip is comfortable and grippy; I didn't have any issues with it slipping out from my grip.

Well built grip strengthener
Well built grip strengthener that feels good in hand and gives a nice workout. The resistance adjuster is nice to have when you want a lighter or more difficult workout. I recommend this product for strengthening hands.

Adjustable hand grip
As I am getting holder, I have notice I am getting weaker including in my hands. I workout to strengthen different areas of my body so I am happy to have this hand grip to strength my hands and forearms. I absolutely love it’s adjustable, it adjust from 30 to 90 pounds. I have been using it at 30 pounds and that’s enough for me right now. It’s comfortable to hold and use with the soft touch handles. I have small hands and it’s good for me. I am happy with this hand grip so far.

Handy hand gripper
It's an easy to use hand grip trainer. It's very useful to me specially while I am working and this comes in handy. The force is easily adjustable based on needs. The material is sturdy and it serves for a nice quick exercise while sitting.

Awesome device for folks who work on computers a lot
Great addition to my home gym (but really office). I work remote and this has been a great way to exercise my wrist and hand after working on a computer all day. I like that the resistance is adjustable, it’s sturdy but lightweight and doesn’t take up much room. Would recommend!

This works exactly as expected. It was super easy to switch between the weights, but I wish it had more variety in the weight you could pick from. This will be great for me to work on grip strength At a variety of times.
